Damages and Returns
Due to the single-use nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Seed Orders
Seeds are non-refundable. However, if you experience any issues or have questions about your seeds, we are happy to provide guidance and support to help them grow.

Refunds and Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please reach out to us immediately. We can only cancel orders before they have been shipped out.

If your order was refunded, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
