Ají Limo from Lima is one of Peru’s most iconic peppers — a fiery red chili with intense aroma and a bright, fruity heat. It’s the pepper of choice for authentic Peruvian ceviche, giving the dish its unmistakable flavor and color.
How to Grow (Simple Steps)

Start seeds indoors 8–10 weeks before the last frost.

Sow ¼ inch deep in warm, moist soil.
