• Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, rough handling, weather-related damage, lost packages, or plant stress that may occur during transit.

• Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and bringing plants indoors immediately upon delivery. Live plants left in mailboxes, on porches, or exposed to extreme temperatures may suffer irreversible damage.
