Growing Notes (Important)

Peruvian Choclo grows differently than most corn varieties:

• Requires approximately 120–150 days from seed to harvest
• Prefers full sun and warm temperatures
• Develops deep roots and does not like being transplanted once actively growing
• In areas with shorter growing seasons, we recommend planting directly into a container of at least 5 gallons so plants can be protected from early fall frost if needed
